4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies depend on the specific service booked:
- Tours: 48 hours notice required for full refund
- Accommodation: Subject to individual property policies
- Transportation: 24 hours notice required
- Custom packages: Terms specified at time of booking
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approved cancellation.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance. Cromisegre Tourism Australia is not responsible for costs associated with trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
